My Simplified Holy Water (+ Video)

After a ton of requests I finally got down to doing this recipe for folks.

It’s a much watered down version from 4 different recipes I found and edited myself. This is simple, and for those who are new to the craft this is easy to remember. Maybe I’ll show you a full on OTT ritual but for now just focus on creating your own quick and simple one. Remember, when doing spells, rituals, conducting recipes and writing you need a clear and positive head (unless its a banishing rite of some kind then by all means feel angry =] ) so if your not used to all the arm movements when summoning energy then don’t go and confuse yourself for the sake of tradition or an author. Have fun =]

Anyhow… Simplified Holy Water

I’ve also been asked about the kinds of things you can use or add – honestly, anything!

Miss O told me how she uses snow for banishing magick, so a few days back I went out and collected a bottle which is sitting in my freezer. Thanks hun =]

What is Holy Water Used For?

Anointing sacred space, yourself and tools. You can use Holy water in place of oils if using oils harms your skin when anointing the body. I personally use it before any ritual or prayer, and to aid the charging and consecrating of my crystals. Obviously its water so don’t go melting things and if it takes you a while to make it, don’t go spilling it either! (I dropped and broke a bottle…. oooh! )

Em Hotep!
