Brilliant video and I love the concept. Why? Because I’m a victim of domestic abuse. I can’t go into detail without wanting to cry, its a very hard topic to talk about. But for me I left before it became a cycle. In the video, Megan’s character is reminiscent of women and men who are caught in a viscous cycle, with love at the beginning then harsh words come in, ending with the violence. Knowing that they have done wrong, the abuser starts it all over again. Love, flowers, cards etc until he/she snaps… Its sucks. People who are abused don’t say anything and hide it pretty damn well unless is a visible injury.
If you see someone or feel they are trouble either point them in the right direction of professional help or if they refuse, be their friend and let them know they have you to talk to and to lean on. No one should be hurt… Its cruel and unfair.
If your someone who is being hurt, either by parents, partners or any other person you trust, GET OUT and GET HELP!!
