I’ve been practising Yoga intensively for almost 2 years. Before that, for a few years I did the odd pose here and there due to a magazine I was collecting. They gave away different poses every week and accompanied them with the Yoga Sutras. I would recommend the Yogic Arts to anyone!! They are a great way to keep I shape, to be more flexible and to loose weight. Just like belly dance, you learn to connect yourself with the universe through a means of exercise. You begin to breathe better and properly which is a bonus. The one thing I enjoy about Yoga, besides the poses and the sutras, is the grounding meditations at the end of every session. You connect yourself to the higher energies and you really REALLY feel it!!

If you have never done Yoga, then check out the Kundalini series, these are sets of exercises I use as a Wiccan to charge my Chakras. They are simple and lots of fun… but funny enough after some sessions I feel like one of the missing Beatles groupies!!! Lol!!
